Maggie Allard MA, LPCC-S earned her bachelors and masters degrees from Spring Arbor University, a Christian university in Michigan. Maggie's bachelors degree is in Family Life Education (Certified Family Life Educator), and a masters degree in counseling. She completed her Bachelors level internship at the YWCA Battered Women Shelter, and her masters level internship at Behavioral Connections, specializing in anger management/domestic violence offender treatment for men, and crisis counseling. Maggie currently specializes in marital/relationship issues (including partner abuse and infidelity), depression, grief and loss, womens issues, Christian and stepfamily counseling. Maggie also facilitates groups on womens issues and disordered eating (binge, compulsive, emotional). Maggie is the internship coordinator for the practice.
Steve Chapman MA, LPC, LICDC, CRC earned his degree from the University of Toledo specializing in alcohol and drug treatment for all ages. For 20 years, Steve has provided rehabilitation services to people who have vocational, anxiety, depression, and alcohol and drug problems. Steve is a well-known educator and trainer in the fields of rehabilitation and alcohol and drug misuse. He has developed treatment programming and staff training for several public and private organizations.
Larry Harris M. Div., MA, LPCC-S graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Larry was a student pastor and pastor for the deaf in Newark, NJ; Rochester, NY; Houston, TX; Portland, OR; and Toledo, OH. Larry also worked as a Campus Pastor at BGSU for 14 years, and a clinical counselor for 13 years. Larry specializes in Christian counseling, Parenting Training, Testing (especially ADHD/ADD, learning disabilities, and mental status), and hypnotherapy for pain management.
Skeeter Hunt MA, LPC-S, LSW graduated from Bowling Green State University. Skeeter specializes in anxiety, panic attacks and phobias, depression, multiple personality disorder, ethnic and cultural issues, PTSD, self-injury, relationship issues, including marital/step/blended families and divorce issues, borderline personality disorders, gender issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder, parenting techniques, abuse, rape and trauma, sexual orientation and women's issues.
We also accept a limited number of exceptional bachelors and masters level interns each semester to learn from the best!
